I wanted to share with you all the things i realized that [[no exaggeration]] changed my life. I Feel that many people like me all around the world don't know how to deal with emotions like sadness, depression, anger, self doubt, etc.
Our entire lives growing up we are taught is that everything falls into the categories of either good or bad, including emotions. but the only thing this stigma often does is hold people back from expressing their thoughts/feelings or even moving on from them. Somethings taught so Forcefully through western medicine and the media is that the human body is just like a machine that can be easily broken and needs the help of medications and other things (there are exceptions of course) but the truth is, the most of our population could absolutely change where they are busy in their life, sometimes it just takes restraining your bad negative thoughts, which can be very difficult, don’t get me wrong, but the human body is extremely intelligent and can fix MOST things that gets wrong with it (i know this through experience). Otherwise our existence would most likely be evolutionary impossible. In order to truly move on from something that’s eating away at you is to:
1.) Address the problem don't Run away from it.
2.) Ask Yourself is it fixable? if so, fix it! if not, see Step 3
3.) ACCEPT The Problem
The world will stop for no one and dwelling is not only extremely pain causing to mental/physical health, but it’s a waste of precious time. Life is too short to worry about toxicity and focusing on why something isn’t good enough instead of focusing on why it is or how you can make it good enough.
The Takeaway:
Life is extremely beautiful But Short and has A LOT to offer to you , so are you going to be the one that doesn’t go up and take a free cookie because you’re overthinking it, or are you going to fill your fucking plate up with cookies because they are fucking free and nobody else was eating them so why not you??
You are not a statistic, you are a unique as hell individual and you could very likely end up being that 1% that does something special, it’s just about how badly you want your life to mean something. Because the truth is that everyone is terrified of the losing and possible pointlessness of life. but if anything, focus on the positive points of view: “nothing matters, so why not?” because whether life matters or not, you’re most likely gonna wake up tomorrow and have another day to decide what you want to do with yourself.
So. Go. Live.
