Coming Out Of Retirement

First things first
I aint old.
Well kinda now. Just turned 40 but get away with early 30's
This is mainly genetics but also money well spent on health and nutrition.
I havent worked since i was early 30's.
Previous to that I always worked for myself had a few businesses and did quite well.
After years of not doing anything finally started running out of money.
More importantly I started felling and looking older and started putting weight on.
This was predominately due to being on discord all day and investing in ponzi schemes.
2 seperate achilles ruptures deaths in the family amd other shit didnt help.
A year ago my childhood friends got together and told me i had to sort my shit out and they were right.
I had a belly for the first time in my life 😩
Considering at my peak i had an 8 pack and 4% bodyfat 😱
So we all started the gym.
That was not easy.
I never knew muscles and joints hurt like that as i had never felt it in my younger days.
The first 2 months were really hard and we kept each other going.
I took 3 months out with a torn muscle but have been back at it for 3 months now.
These are my targets for compound exercises
Currently i weigh 82kg
Bench press 160 kg currently 110kg
Squats 160kg currently 120kg
Dead lift 240kg currently 180kg

2 of the exercises are 2x body weight 1 is 3x
This will change as my weight will increase. I anticipate it getting to around 85kg

Anyone that understands weights and isnt full of shit will understand what im talking about.

This leads me on to finding a job.
I have tried 2 jobs both lasted 1 week each. So i am moving onto my 3rd one hopefully will be better. Having never really worked for anyone i need to get a self employed job which is what im doing.

Lets see how long this current one lasts 😉
