On decisions and the power of optimism!

Decisions they say determines destiny. All of our actions are determined by the decisions we take or make. It is the power of change. Our decisions go a long way in determining whether we win or lose, and not just the societal system we find ourselves in.

Deciding to be optimistic


Happy is a choice.

Choosing to believe in positivity or negativity is a decision we have to make too. You see, whatever we focus on for too long, starts to expand. Soon, negative circumstances find expression and become visible in our lives when our decision to believe is skewed towards negativity. Pessimism creates a glass ceiling where there is actually none, it affects our prospects and our lives, and could do a lot of damages. However, if we choose (decide) to ignore a greater part of these negativities, we begin to see the seemingly-hidden little reasons why we should be happy. and then if we take further steps to explore these little things, we discover something intriguing, or we may find joy.

Living an optimistic lifestyle is nothing new, there's been a whole lot of best-sellers and talks about it the previous years, and more to come this year and the next as well. The real deal is living what is heard and read. It's DECIDING to be optimistic amidst these situations.

How about we share a few tips on how to live an optimistic life? these are things that actually work in real life to change how you view things. Know them and decide today to apply them for a happier life!

  • See the light at the end of the tunnel. so much of optimism broaches the idea of being tenacious even in our darkest hour. sure, it's not going as planned now, but how about working on a new and better plan while keep your cool? yeah? Don't bitch about it, and do not fucking quit!!!

  • Think about what you can make happen. Rather than what might happen to you. instead of waiting and spending all your time on non-essentials, one thing you could do is to find out opportunities to make your better. THINK POSITIVELY, ACT POSITIVELY.

  • Try it anyway. Don't assume you're going to fail. be optimistic, try out your original ideas first before writing them off. in relationships, believe it could work. see a possibility and head straight for it.

  • Positive affirmations!. Repeat the good stuff to yourself... Call out the good in you into being.

  • Be grateful for the little things around you. what you want is out there. taking the time to appreciate the little you have is an important part to keeping optimistic front.

  • Don't sweat the small stuff. worry less about unimportant things. If it isn't affecting your paycheck or life-threathening, it probably isn't worth stressing over.

  • Keep busy. resist the pull to being lazy. An idle mind would get into all sorts of trouble and may likely take negative thoughts seriously. Engaging in positive activities such reading a good book, exercising, shopping, taking a class, visiting friends or family, etc, are good ways of spending your time on something worthwhile.

  • Build networks with optimistic people. Stay away from toxic people. instead, reach out to people whose are doing good instead of complaining. Chances are that you'd learn a thing or two that could help you.

Make good decisions, and be optimistic, pretty please.
