Sorry I don't get it. Ripple isn't used by almost every bank in the world, only some software made by the company who controls Ripple is used. In fact Ripple is used by almost no organization in the world.
And all your points about centralization and how it will replace the dollar, is that supposed to be good or bad? To me it sounds bad, but it also sounds like you think it's good? Sorry if I misunderstood the text, if so I apologize.
