Perfect 7 day plan to feel better
Several days ago I thought about the possibilities that we have in increasing our well-being ... I realized that in most cases it is easier for us, for example, to follow a plan of tasks and exercises that help us improve our physical condition , that having to make the decision each day to implement some positive habit to improve it.
Today I want to make an exercise proposal for your soul. I have made a one week plan that through the days indicates a different activity. I advise you to put it into practice so that little by little you can change your attitude and some of your habits and negative behaviors more frequent.

Day #1. Smile at your new day
Every time you get up, take a few minutes to say thank you for having the chance to breathe and see the sun another day.
