Hey all , hope you are doing good
Today i choose this topic because when i was going through the news i saw many people were suffering from the dangerous diseases that it may even take their lives.
Nowadays eveyone is so busy in making money money or doing other things that they dont ever care what they are eating, when they are sleeping and what not.
I am not a doctor or any diet specialist. The things which i know i will tell you.
1 First of all make a proper schedule of going to bed at night and getting up in the morning.
2 Get up at 5:30 AM and brush your teeth and all that .
3 Do some yoga regularly , because yoga is the only exercise that can change your life from a hectic life to a healthy life. I m not saying you have to do it for 2-3 hours , just do it for half an hour . You have to do Pranayam and alom vilom which i will describe in detail in some other post.
Really i m telling you this Yoga can cure dangerous disease which doctors cant cure. But keep one thing in mind dont expect the results in just one day , it will take some time.
4 Do some physical excercise daily . It may be running , cycling or what ever you like , but do it regularly . Through sweat all harmful chemicals are removed from our body.
5 Drink a lot of water . You all know that our body consists of 70% water.
There are so many benefits of drinking water.
6 Eat more and more fruits.
Last but not least stay happy and calm.
