A bad habit is a negative behavior pattern. Well, i feel bad habits have to fit a number of specific requirements. They are repetitive negative behavior patterns... The habits break customs, laws, or more. Many people find the habit annoying, repulsive or something to be avoided. The habit could negatively affect your health or wellness.
This bad habits are too numerous, but here i will show few and discuss then briefly with example of photo.
- Biting of fingers.
This is very bad habit because so many of the people biting their fingers never wash the finger before putting it into their mouth, people that find themselves doing this are easily carry away, forgetting themselves. - Diping of hand in the nosery
This is another bad habit which some people also find difficult to leave, and it very common almost everybody and that the same hand will be use to shake other people hands, transffering bacterial to their body and to other people. - Dipping hands into private part
This is another very shameful act which some people can not do without. Even when they are in the public arrienal they still find themself doing it. - Sucking of finger or fingers
Sucking of finger can make one be carried away not knowing what he or she is doing and at the sametime sucking unclean fingers thereby taking in bacterials into the body. - Sucking of tongue
This is a bad habit which mostly occur when some one is lonely or thinking or sleeping. It is make one to be carry away - Scretching of buttors
This is a very disgraceful act which many people find very difficult to stop even while on the road in a broad day light, still they can hide this bad altitute.
There are so many of bad habit which people find themselves doing and do not know that is bad and because of that i am going to have part 2 of this bad habit and possible solution to remedy this bad habit in our next discussion or my next post.
