I am a cat lover, so today I want to share some of the benefits of cat for health.
- Makes mentally healthier.
The cute and adorable cat behavior, when we see it can have an impact on mental health. This proved to be based on a survey conducted by Cats Protection, 76% of people involved in the survey stated their stress is reduced because of interacting with cats.
- Decrease the risk of having allergies.
If you have small children, keep pets like cats will make them familiar with things that are not too clean. And it turns out, this can help increase endurance and reduce the risk of allergies.
- Reduce the risk of heart disease.
As mentioned earlier, keeping a cat can lower a person's stress level. Of course this can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Even a study published in the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Neourology found that people who keep cats may lower their risk of heart disease and stroke.
