Nobody Is Going To Hang Mistletoe This Year!

It seems that people involved in government or entertainment have this problem of controlling themselves, and maintaining a professional work environment. The governor of Louisiana, John Bel Edwards, hired Johnny Anderson to be a deputy chief of staff. Turns out Anderson sexually harassed another person who works for the governor. It also seems that Anderson has a history of this. In 2006, when he worked for then governor Kathleen Blanco, he sexually harassed several women while he was her deputy chief of staff.

It seems like it would be easy to keep your grubby booger hookers off of your fellow co-workers, and keeping your disgusting comments to yourself, but apparently it is just too hard for some people. This year, don't hang up any mistletoe, and company parties should institute some kind of puritan "leave room for Jesus" space between employees.

Physically touching someone who doesn't want to be touched by you violates the non-aggression principle. One could make the argument that talking to someone in a perverted manner also violates the NAP. Harassment by it's very nature is not consensual, therefore making it Libertarian Haram.
