Buffet Warns of Inflation Levels Rising

"We are seeing substantial inflation," - Buffett

Not everyone is convinced that rising prices in certain areas of the market right now might already be a sign of inflation and more to come.

Some say that it's a response to an increase in supply and demand for certain items like lumber, and that might be true to some extent. But inflation is rising and it's just a matter of how high it might get.

In the recent live with Buffet he insisted that prices would be raised because they are seeing serious levels of inflation take hold.

A number of companies have already suggested they are rising prices and we've seen prices already climbing for houses, lumber, food, and in other market areas.

But is this something Americans should be worried about?, after all the Fed can just come in and print more to bail out a bad situation.

But then again we know how we get into this mess in the first place and around and around we go.

Inflation is rising higher than anticipated and prices are already rising for various goods. It has been one of the biggest increases in a decade.

One thing we know for sure is that the more people worry the more that pressure will grow on the Fed to do something about it.

Then we might get the chance to just further kick the can down the road and get even more of the same problem later on.
