So, yesterday I wrote a post about being the most dangerous man in the United States. I'm not physically violent or anything like that. I just have knowledge that people in high places are committing crimes against American Nationals left and right and I also have part of the plan for remedy going.
The post from yesterday was about how Court uses grammatical deceit to turn a living man into a CORPORATE FICTION. A CORPORATE FICTION has no rights, so if they say you are one, and you don't disagree, you have lost your rights and then you're at their mercy. Let's have an example of what this looks like.
My Domicile Location vs my ADDRESS
I live in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is a State. It's beautiful and lovely. When they write to me they don't say I live in Pennsylvania. They say I live in PA. Then they attach a ZIP CODE. When they do that they're saying that my domicile is not located in Pennsylvania. They're saying my RESIDENCE is in PA, 17XXX and located in their Jurisdiction.
Here's how I write my information when I send them things.

When they write me back they write
First Middle-initial Last
Number Streetname Street
CITY, PA 17XXX
The way they write my ADDRESS is literally them imposing their jurisdiction over me. It's a fraud, it's false as the land has a superior claim than the corporate fiction, and now that I know the scheme it's really easy to spot.
Then when you look at the letter you'll notice they don't identify who sent it and they don't sign it. When they choose not to sign it they are actually committing mail fraud. Mail Fraud can be up to a 30 year prison sentence.
CORPORATE FICTIONS don't have arms and legs. They can't lick stamps. They can't send stuff in the mail. Only men and women can. So, it's fraudulent to send it out.
Ok, then in the very brief text of the letter they call me Pro Se. Any time a government agent calls you a name the sole purpose is to lower your status. Here, they're attempting to lower my status from a man, a living soul, and without any attorney attached to me, to a temporary member of the BAR association and under the thumb of the judges.
Lastly, the letter says I didn't include citations to the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. No where does the form require that. They're just making stuff up to send it back. It's as if they are covering for the other judges in the lower courts.
Not only did they do this in the letter, but they also made these kind of changes on the front of the envelope when they mailed it to me.
What's this mean and who cares?
It means the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Middle District, is aware of the exact crimes I'm stating that other more local courts are making. They're using the same tactics to reduce my status down from Man in a Domicile to RESIDENT in an ADDRESS where they have jurisdiction.
These are crimes. It seems extremely deliberate to me, and because I was asking them to investigate a crime when I sent it I'm inclined to believe they're covering up for lower court judges who are breaking the law.
It also means that I can and will go after them for violating my rights. 42 USC 1983 is the best place to sue government officials when they try to reduce your rights using slimy deceitful tactics. I'll be making claims against the Supreme Court and then I'll follow up by notifying a lot of people that they are in on the scam. People have won millions in settlements because of 42 USC 1983 violations. If you know my method of pointing them out then you'll notice there's hundreds of them in nearly every document the government sends you.
Oh, and even though no one signed it they were kind enough to leave some bread crumbs. You'll notice the letter head has names attached. I think I'll start asking questions there.
