A PARTICULAR INTRODUCTION LETTER TO STAR IN THE STEEMIT WORLD

HELLO EVERYBODY!

I am SHARLIN ROBMIREL MENDOZA ROJAS. I was born in Chacao, Miranda State, Venezuela, on Saturday, December 3, 1983. Sagittarian and Boar in the Chinese horoscope. I am 34 years old, single and looking for a place to settle down. But first, I must close a chapter called postgraduate or master's degree...Daughter and granddaughter of Andean (gochos) Merida and Trujillo, places that have been part of my life since I was born, venezuelan and lover of my home and my hill Avila in Caracas.

I am an ARCHITECT: of construction, research, appraisal and monuments restoration. I had the opportunity to study a master's degree in Restoration and Conservation of Monuments, a concern that came up during my undergraduate studies at the Jose María Vargas University - Faculty of Architecture and Arts, then during my work experience for the public administration and later at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the Central University of Venezuela (FAU-UCV). I am currently working on site as the person in charge of the reconstruction and rehabilitation of a single-family house in Campo Alegre, Municipio Chacao. House #27, by the spanish architect Manuel Mujica Millán, declared National Historical Monument in 1996 by the Institute of Cultural Heritage (IPC) and of which I will be commenting in the next post.

I am DRAWER: I am not studied, they are not perfect, I would call them ingenuous, but mine. Anything inspires me, from a moment of distraction during work hours, to the most intense physical or emotional pain... I simply express myself and it is one of my passions.

NOTE: Respecting the copyright, the last image (the hammer and the sickle) belongs to the Italian photographer Tina Modotti. I took this image in high contrast to make an academic work in 3 different techniques that I will expose later in another post.

I am MELOMAN: Music is life, without it there is no architecture, no project and no construction and if you don't believe me, you can ask to Bernini.... Music lover as my father, although sadly I didn't inherit her musical talents.

I am WALKER: with time I learned that long walks not only help you to understand what is happening around you, they help you to put in order your ideas and understand the reason of the steps you have to take...Walking is not only health, it is more than health, it is breathing, discovering new roads and specialy in a city like Caracas, where it is not good to take the same route every day.

I am COOKER: passion of every architect or creative character... Salty or Sweet? Both.... I discovered this passion in a time of intense changes in my life, when I made the decision to leave behind a body that was deteriorating and with fear I took on the challenge of undergoing surgery that took 36 kg away and gave me back my health. I started to make something fun out of those little portions (4 ounces) of food I had to eat every 3 hours. Between inventions and youtube, the kitchen became my other laboratory.

I am a TRAVELLER and ADVENTURER: and at this point I quote my friend and colleague Miguel Garrido "Be inspired and throw yourself into the void... What is the worst that can happen? For me a trip or an adventure is simply to take a backpack, some money and a bus to any destination whether it is in your own city.... Every day is a new adventure, it is up to us to live it.

I am FAMILY and FRIEND: of the people who will never leave their family and friends alone in their strongest battles.

I am DANCER: I love dancing, as much as life itself.... The Covered Square of the Central University of Venezuela, is synonymous with one of my great passions: dancing, casino salsa, en linea and a little bit of tango. DANCE TO DEATH.

And this was my group and we were dancing in a salsa casino exhibition.... :D

This is me, SHARLIN ROBMIREL and I will be sharing my passions, lessons from day to day with you; from my current experience as an architect resident on site, to the work I have done and everything I consider of educational interest to the community.

I appreciate this opportunity to show and leave a little of what I have learned and what I have found in this path called life.
