Hope all is well.

I’m a 25 years old economic analyst, entrepreneur, a passionate learner and investor. My intrinsic incentives to join this this community are to:

• communicate with people with same occupations,
• share knowledge,
• learn new things,
• stay up-to-date with news,
• help individuals (maybe you!) to expand horizons.

Ok, I know. You don’t know who (the hell) I am. But give me a minute and I will explain it to you. I will share three (plus one) stories that helped me to become who I am - entrepreneur, cryptocurrency investor and charity volunteer.

I story: AUSTRIAN ECONOMIC SCHOOL

Graduate degree in Microeconimic theory helped me a lot to understand how the market works, why innovation is important, how to profit from (new) information. I had a great opportunity to study Austrian economic school that gave me a whole new perspective about freedom, property rights, entrepreneurship, free market, monetary policy, problems with government regulation.

Fun fact: Jimmy Wales, Wikipedia founder was inspired by Friedrich Hayek, Austrian school economist and Nobel prize winner. He said: “Hayek's work on price theory is central to my own thinking about how to manage the Wikipedia project. … [O]ne can't understand my ideas about Wikipedia without understanding Hayek.”

II Story: FAMILY BUSINESS AND CONSULTING

Working in family business for about 8 years gave me an opportunity to get a practical knowledge in doing business. In my first years I was in charge of writing emails, invoices and other administrative assignments (pretty boring stuff). Almost every month my tasks expanded and I had to learn something new in order to fulfill it. Given that, my pocket money was in correlation with tasks execution, I have put great effort to be the best I can. So what happened? Not only I learned things that were needed, but skills and practical knowledge that far surpass my age and formal education.

Although, all of this started as half a game, it turns out I knew enough to advise. I helped my friends to establish their businesses, making business and marketing plans, analyzing marketing and sales opportunities, presenting ideas to potential partners and connecting them with my colleagues, acquaintances and contributors. Good news travel fast so, after a while, I got several business opportunities.

III story: CRYPTOCURRENCY

Starting a career in cryptocurrency investing was really complicated. Yes, I have known something about bitcoin (heard about it in 2012 and no, didn’t invest), but that was it. I knew almost nothing about block-chain and altcoins, I never traded on the financial markets and didn’t even have an foreign currency account. Six months ago I was a NEWBIE and most of the time I was looking like:

So, I started to research, learn and play. I read almost 50 whitepapers in 3 days and listened to a great number of YouTube videos and online courses. I made a game – every day I looked at the altcoin prices and make predictions – will it go up or down and when the trend will be changed. It turned out that I am pretty good, so I put my money where my mouth is and couple of days ago made my first profit.

Additional story: CHARITY WORK

Since I remember, I have been aware of poverty problems. I knew that, only by chance, I have never had a real income problems, but also, a lot of people in my country and in the world don’t have enough to live dignified life. In December 2004th, when I was eleven years old, I read an article about children without parents who never got a Christmas present. So, I decided to help them. I copied that article and shared to my school friends and teachers. They got involved and help me to collect more than twenty presents in just three days. (We even wrote a greeting card to every child.) Since then, I am trying to find a way to help.

I want to note that at least 10% of my income from Steemit (and from my trading and investing in cryptocurrencies) will be given to charities which help poor children.
