Cenil & lupis by me

good morning steemit all friends. congratulations on your activities. this morning i want to share how to make cenyl and lupis. image the way is very easy. put glutinous rice about 500 gr then soak for about 2 or 3 hours. while waiting for the rice to soak. we will make cenil first. the ingredients are 10 tablespoons of starch flour 10 tablespoons of wheat flour give a little salt and water. all the ingredients mixed and in knead until dull and then give the color according to taste if any. imageprepare a boiled water for cooking. take a little flour then put in the palm of the hand and then rubbed to form long as fish eggs. enter into boiling water. wait a moment until cenil floats. lift. after that we will make sauce for candied flush on it. prepare sugar. Brown sugar. Pandan leaves. 1 spoon of cornstarch. if brown sugar quickly dissolves better in the comb first or in small pieces. put all the ingredients given a little water after that give cornstarch, stir until thickened. if the glutinous rice has expanded, it's time to wrap and in triangle shape. then boiled until cooked. after all finished sprinkle the grated coconut on top of lupis and cenil earlier and flush with candied sugar. selamat pagi sahabat steemit semua. selamat menjalankan aktivitas anda. pagi ini saya ingin berbagi cara membuat cenil dan lupis. imagecaranya sangat mudah. sediakan beras ketan kira-kira 500 gr lalu rendam kira-kira 2 atau 3 jam. selagi menunggu beras di rendam. kita akan membuat cenil terlebih dahulu. bahannya adalah 10 sendok makan tepung kanji 10 sendok tepung gandum beri sedikit garam dan air. semua bahan di campur dan di uleni sampai kalis lalu beri warna sesuai selera jika ada. siapkan rebusan air untuk di masak. ambil sedikit tepung lalu taruh di telapak tangan lalu di gosok-gosok agar membentuk panjang seperti telur ikan. imagemasukkan ke air mendidih. tunggu sesaat sampai cenil mengapung. angkat. setelah itu kita akan membuat kuah untuk manisan siram atasnya. siapkan gula pasir. gula merah. daun pandan. 1 sendok tepung maizena. jika gula merah cepat larut lebih baik di sisir terlebih dahulu atau di potong kecil-kecil. masukkan semua bahan beri sedikit air setelah itu beri tepung maizena, aduk hingga mengental. jika beras ketan sudah mengembang, saatnya di bungkus dan di bentuk segitiga. lalu di rebus hingga matang. setelah semuanya selesai taburi parutan kelapa di atas lupis dan cenil tadi dan siram dengan manisan gula. silahkan mencoba...
