Youth is the time to seek identity, the time to prove existence, the period of attention and passion and excitement, but behind this spirit need to control and need coaching so as not to excess and out of the guidance of the Shari'a. With advantages and advantages at such a young age the spirit is still smoldering, power is still strong, the mind is still fresh and strong determination, youth will be asked specifically accountability. Notice the following hadith,
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,
لا تزول قدم ابن آدم يوم القيامة من عند ربه حتى يسأل عن خمس: عن عمره فيما أفناه, وعن شبابه فيما أبلاه, وماله من أين اكتسبه وفيما أنفقه, وماذا عمل فيما علم
"It will not shift the human foot on the Day of Judgment from the side of the Rabb so that it is asked about five things: about his age in what he uses, about his youth in what he spends, of his wealth from where he earned and in what he spends, and about what he from what he knows (knowledge). "[1]
Age will be asked and asked for accountability for what is spent. Youth is included in the age, but then, the youth is again asked and asked for special accountability. Therefore, this youth needs to be really considered, especially young people are the next generation.
Shaykh Abdul Aziz bin Baz rahimahullahu said,
والشباب في أي أمة من الأمم, هم العمود الفقري الذي يشكل عنصر الحركة والحيوية إذ لديهم الطاقة المنتجة, والعطاء المتجدد, ولم تنهض أمة من الأمم غالبا إلا على أكتاف شبابها الواعي وحماسته المتجددة.
"The youth of any people, they are the backbone that forms the element of movement and dynamism. Youth have productive forces, continuous contributions. There will not arise a common people unless it is on the shoulders [there are caring and contributing, pent] youths who have a caring and passionate spirit. "[2]
Praise for the youth who grew up in the shade of Islam
It is remarkable if a young man with a variety of world temptations, they remain religious and istiqamah faithful. Yet youth still tends towards the world and has the ability and passion to achieve it. Therefore youth like this get the shelter of God on a very difficult day on the Day of Judgment someday.
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,
سبعة يظلهم الله فى ظله يوم لا ظل إلا ظله ... وشاب نشأ فى عبادة ربه
"There are seven groups of people who will be shaded by God in the shade (His Throne) on a day that there is no shade (at all) except the shelter of Him: ... And a young man growing up in worship (obedience) to Allah ..." [3]
