Today, I decided to start the transfers of the NPTT hive-engine $ManHour tokens. Since I joined Hive, I learned a lot about blockchain. Thanks to the many friends I made along the way. This is only the beginning of a long journey into community build-up and collaboration.
I took note of the people who directly dedicated their time an attention upon the subject matter of our NPTT business on Hive. Today, I sent the first transfers of $ManHours to those who helped.
This is only the beginning as there is still much to accomplish. For those interested to volunteer their time into NPTT projects, we are open for business. After receiving $ManHour tokens as a reward for your time, you could transfer back those tokens to someone who is helping you volunteerly somehow. Productivity increases with token circulation!
Long term NPTT goals are very large and game changing, including a dApp on Hive for service exchange. Like work orders for yourself and/or as a way to generate tokens from your skills. May it be for doing the laundry, building a firewall or anything else that requires Human attention. We do not all share the same skills.
At the very moment, our team focus is dedicated to building up relationships and bringing know-how people together.
Since the service exchange dApp is not ready yet, I will be inviting hivers directly on this thread.

- Initial local network set up : If you are knowledgeable with pfsense and HAProxy, I have a negate appliance that needs to perform load balancing for two ISPs (Starlink & Bell FiberOP). The goal being to operate locally various Hive Nodes (on VMs) behind NetGate (NetGate=>Host=>VMs).
