My first Cheesecake
I never had any type of cheesecake in my life, so I thought to myself, In this lock down this will be the best opportunity to make it. So I started off by going to a nearby market and bringing all the ingredients. You will need a full packet of oreo, cream cheese, whipping cream, and some butter.
Now crush up the oreos and combine with melted butter, they will form a nice hard base in your cake tin. After that mix your whipping cream with some crushed oreos, sugar and cream cheese. After mixing that put that in and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours, it will come out nice and creamy. You can also dust crushes oreos in the top as i did.
