Hai dear friends, today I gonna share with you guys the recipe of 'Lemon Rice', a delicious south Indian food. Hope you'll find it awesome just like how we do! Here we go... 🥰
Ingredients:
* 250 g rice (basmati rice or any other rice)
* 250 ml water
* 50 g Bengal gram dal
* 1 tsp mustard
* 2 green chilies
* 1 garlic (chopped)
* 1 ginger (chopped)
* 2 lemon (lemon juice)
* 1 tsp turmeric powder
* 1 tsp coriander leaves
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp oil
Method of preparation
Step 1_
wash the rice and cook it in the pressure cooker. Don't forget to add water!
Step 2_
Take the kadai out and pour the oil, add bengal gram dal and roast them together.
Step 3_
Add a few mustard seeds along with chopped ginger and garlic. After a while, add chilies and turmeric powder. Finally include some coriander leaves and lemon juice..now stir them well in a low flame.
Step 4_
When you find the rice is cooked, add some salt. Now rice is ready!
Step 5_
Mix and stir the cooked rice with the mixture you get in step 3. Add some oil and salt as per your taste.
Step 6_
Add coriander leaves in the end. Now tasty lemon rice is all set to be served. Enjoy the food!
