This world is rather noisy isnt it? Or maybe its Psychological? Either way, we all need a break from all that noise. Well, I for one do. Some peace and quiet is highly essential sometimes. A real break from the norm, from the noise, stress, societal demands et al. Pause.
Our nation is experiencing/having a nightmare situation. Naira and Dollar with an unflinching resolve to alter position. The basic institutions/ Our systems are unfortunately pathetic(pitiable state). Every sense of standard plummets daily. Every trace of hope crushed and gone! Solution points?? Our pot of gold is no longer greatly valued. Our reputation dragged to the mud. Our future no longer as dazzling as we'd hoped and earnestly anticipated. As it stands, The present is threatened. An outright sabotage of our tomorrow. An enormous slap on our faces. An undisguised overthrow of the government. A failed experiment. The change we all so desperately crave is rather nigh, we can almost grasp it. Nigeria the giant of Africa huh? The strength of anything is not dependent on its size but in the content. Size doesn't cut it, it never has. Skill over size, Quality over quantity anytime anyday.
I have a dream that one day, Policemen will have an overwhelming distaste for bribes, Judges unashamed and courageous to stand on the good side of the law-not unjust, an educational system with lecturers who can not be "blocked", Legislators who won't steal the maze, Parents with a mission, children with a compelling vision to succeed and Pastors with more guts to share and enlighten the society. A society with more honest people. A more patriotic citizenry. No single youth being addressed as "lazy". A world rid of social, legal and commercial malpractices of all sorts and different shades. Regrettably, part of the problem is YOU. Us! Our world is sick and who knows, just maybe inherent in us lies the antidote? Individually and collectively, we can make the world a better place.
Oh yeah, I'm very opinionated and I'm especially unapologetic about it.
