HOW I HELPED A CLIENT BEAUTIFY HIS HOME

Hey guys, this is not one of my musical related posts. You will get to see a different aspect of me today.
Apart from music, poetry, fiction, and my motivational posts, I also fancy interior decoration.

For a while now I have been unfaithful to that part of me that loves interior decoration. So much so that I had not decorated any house, mine included in over 5 months.

today was going to be different

I got a call yesterday from a guy, he explained that he had gotten my number from a friend of his who I had helped beautify her room. He went on to say that he needed me to help him install some wallpapers in his room. Truth is, I almost turned down the job, one reason being that I wasn't sure where my work tools were and another reason because I really didn't want to go anywhere today.
I mean I had the day off work and someone wants me to start touching glue and all that wallpaper stuff.

I finally agreed to do the job. I got to his house as early as 9 am and work started.

the paper

the wall I was to cover

I had to quickly mix my wallpaper adhesives in buckets which he provided for me

work had begun

I then opened up the papers and laid them flat on the ground, one sheet at a time

The next thing I did was mark the wall, to exactly how many sheets of paper I would use...then I proceeded to number the sheets I had laid on the floor

after which I applied the wallpaper adhesive to the wall and began to lay the sheets

It was coming our very beautifully

AND FINALLY WE WERE DONE

After I had finished the Job, my happy customer paid for my services and I smiled all the way home.

Hope you enjoyed your read.
