DataBroker DAO – P2P IoT Sensor Data Marketplace

Growing network of IoT sensors:
Concepts such as smart cities and Internet of things will have a bigger say in the future. Last year around $600 million was sent on IoT sensors. The sheer number of sensors makes it difficult to gather data. Accessing such data is kind of tricky too. However with DataBroker Dao marketplace you can sell your data online. It is easy to access data of your interest by purchasing it. It helps not just you but the companies, organizations and other citizens. It will go a long way in shaping the smart cities of future. Let’s explore more about this data broker.

Underutilized IoT sensor data:
The magnitude of the problem is often underestimated in regards to maintaining IoT sensors. In 2016, the number of IoT sensors is already reaching 9 billion. That’s more than the entire human population in the planet. By 2020 it is expected that 33 million IoT sensors will be deployed. Regardless of the expansion of this tech, the resulting data gets underutilized. It has been the case in primary usage as well as direct resale. It holds back the technological powerhouse and thereby out society. We cannot experience the sort of enrichment the tech promised, when the data isn’t being utilized.

Peer to Peer IoT sensor data marketplace:
Providing optimal usage of the data from IoT sensors and creating a marketplace for such data is the primary goal of DataBroker DAO. It is the first ever marketplace for data from IoT sensors. It connects sensor owners with data buyers directly. It will transform into the immediate secondary data for IoT sensor data. It will be the eBay or Amazon of IoT sensor data market. It will serve the society towards building smart cities and smarter networks. A lot of these data has practical applications in the IoT powered technology space.
