On Monday, I didn’t get much done. Started the laundry, cleaned the kitchen, looked around for the materials I needed for doing the onions. I couldn’t actually do the onions as I needed someone to cut a board and install it to have something for them to hang from.
I think I am going to start back at the exercise class early this year. I am not faring well with the Seasonal Affective Disorder and exercise might help. I’d be able to go on Mondays and Wednesdays.
My son went out and washed the house as high as he could reach. I tried to help him get the ladder up higher but we couldn’t manage it. My brother said he’d help on Tuesday morning.
I was so disorganized I forgot the onions in the dehydrator until evening. The 9 trays filled the ½ gallon jar halfway.
On Tuesday it will be busy here. A friend of my son’s is coming to cut up the tree in the back pasture that came down. He’s also going to find both drains, I hope, and clear the area around them.
My helper friend will be here at 9:30AM and we will be doing sauerkraut. If I can get the board cut and screwed to the ceiling, we will also do the storage onions. The garlic needs to be taken down and graded and stored.
Hopefully my son will finish the weedwacking on the back 40 so I can start the fences and clean up.
