My girlfriend will be spending the weekend with me and I’ve planned to spice our fun time with this snacks. She loves to watch me control the kitchen. Most importantly, making homemade peanut is always so much better than store bought.
I thought I should share this with you in case your girlfriend/boyfriend or any of your loved ones would deserve a treat this weekend, you can home make some peanut snacks for them. This will be taken more special than store-bought.

Needed Ingredients
• 2 measures of general purpose or baking flour (250 grams
• 3 fresh eggs
• 1/3 measure of sugar (66.7 grams)
• 2 measures of raw groundnuts or the real peanuts
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/4 squeeze of nutmeg (discretionary)
• 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper (discretionary)
• 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder (discretionary)
• A pinch of salt
• Vegetable oil for frying
Now that you’ve gotten your ingredients available, let’s proceed with the preparation.
Follow the Steps Below to Prepare
Put your groundnuts on a tray first and select to take out all the spoilt ones.
Mix together flour, baking powder, nutmeg and salt and put aside.
Beat eggs together with sugar in another small bowl.
Pour a little of the egg blend over the groundnuts. Shake bowl until the mixtures coats all the groundnuts.
Sprinkle some of the flour mixtures over the groundnuts and shake.
Repeat 4 and 6 above until the point that groundnuts are completely coated with flour. In the event that some stick together, utilize your fingers to isolate them and continue onward.
Heat oil in frying pan and fry in batches until it is golden brown.
Allow it to cool totally then you can serve or store in an airtight container.
