The program we use to homeschool schedules really cool field trips for the kids. They set up an 1 1/2 hour trail ride by the beautiful knik river.
We were lucky enough to get to each ride a mother horse and have her baby follow us along for the trip!
It was a magical experience riding with those babies sticking close to their mother.
My daughter in 8th grade 4 years of homeschooling and still loving it!
