Dumping Steem. The Beginnings Of Going All In On Hive.

So today marks my first sell off of my powered down Steem. I know a lot of people jumped straight in and started powering down and dumping, but I pulled a watch and wait. But the reality set in that the Steem will probably become a dead coin in the future. I kinda wished I had the foresight like many to power down before the fork to have just shifted it all to Hive. Ho hum.

At the moment I'm just holding it in Ethereum until Ethereum goes upwards a little more then the eth is going straight into Hive. I kinda feel like Hive will float down around it's current price for a bit while the more popular crypto's gain. I'm hoping this approach will give me the ability to buy more Hive and get more bang for my buck. It could be a mistake.... Dunno. I sold my Pivx at three dollars after buying it at around fifteen cents back during the last bull run and it went out to nine dollars after I sold. I've made similar mistakes with Bitcoin and Litecoin over the years... You live and learn.

One thing is for certain, I really don't feel like I've made a mistake with dumping my Steem. The entire involvement of Steemit inc and the various let downs has just left a bad taste in my mouth. Hive is the new home now, and from the looks of it it's where all the industry and talent is anyway.

Well guys that's it. I'm putting this post up more so I can look back and have a mark for when I began going all in on Hive and left Steem behind. If you made it this far thanks for reading, and as always looking forward to checking out your amazing content.
