And it's no less than the top of the Syndicate Contract!
The Legendary Kumicho
... leader of the entire Syndicate faction.

The Kumicho is as exceptional as a card can get:
She has unique implants equipped, and there is a long story behind this; in short words, the Kumicho Implants have been hereditary for more than a 100 years and receiving them is part of being promoted Kumicho.
The implants make her extremely durable, among other things.
The Kumicho is also marked 'Slow', and this is because she is not here to do your usual trivial tasks. She is also a Passenger - she is not here to load your cargo, and does not take a crew slot!
Instead, she relies on "her own crew" - all your Syndicate agents.
Leaving the story behind, she also has synergies. Now this is something huge, reserved to some cards only; as this keyword is usually reserved to Origin Cards.
This means that:
- all Syndicate cards, (but not herself)
- and all characters with the Narcophile trait (a negative trait)
... receive a +1 in Quality.
Narcophile?
The Syndicate has a lot of enhancement medicine to provide: some recreational drugs, such as the "Holidays" drug, are mocked by Syndicate agents. Your citizens may have it.
But the Syndicate uses combat drugs, such as the N-prime pills and others.
Let's take another look at Ayumi, a Syndicate officer.
She was revised today.
The new card has +1 Quality but also the Narcophile trait.
Ayumi received this because of her training as a Syndicate fighter.
Yes, you read that well: in EXODE you can use drug as enhancers. Narcophiles must receive drugs to survive - in the Colony gameplay, that is.
That's a negative trait, but with the Kumicho, it can be time to put all your agents as pharmajackers (another term in EXODE) and get some huge boosts thanks to her synergy!
Because, if you read that well: Ayumi gets +1 QL for Syndicate, and +1 for Narcophile, and gets up to QL 9 with a Kumicho.
