Good evening to all, it's time for calm, relaxation and the last meal of the day, a light meal but a meal rich in vitamins, protein and various other nutritional values.
Very easy to make it very tasty to enjoy in the end.
The ingredients are good and low, Yogurt 0.2% 180 grams, 1 banana cut into small pieces, 1 tablespoon oats (porridge), 10 almonds (unsalted), 1 tablespoon tahini with honey.
So we put all this in a bowl, mix them very well and we are ready to enjoy this wonderful meal.
But one of the flavors that I like to enjoy even with a spoon is tahini with honey, and plain tahini.
The result is very perfect and above all rich in nutritional values that it will give you and this way that during the day will cut your hunger and keep you strong all day.
