Hello, how are you feeling today?
All of us have the capacity and will for transformation; in fact, we are in a constant state of transformation, at least that's what I believe. Many times, in the journey of life, we encounter adversities of different types, sizes, colors, shapes, and situations. When they manifest, sometimes we get stuck or find ourselves in a state where thoughts and emotions entangle us in a spiral of constant discomfort. However, these adversities can also be the bridge to a greater good, to a stable well-being.
And well, this is what brings me here, to share myself, to show myself, and to teach:
That you can overcome adversities and be happy.
That you can learn and be your own Master (which you already are, in reality).
That the capacity for self-healing, self-observation, and self-knowledge resides in every human being.
That you can and are capable of transfiguring your being to feel and achieve a state of fulfillment and joy.

Hola, ¿cómo te sientes hoy?.
Todas y todos tenemos la capacidad y voluntad de transformación, de hecho estamos en una constante transformación, así lo creo yo.
Muchas veces en el caminar de la vida se nos presentan adversidades de diferentes tipos, tamaños, colores, formas y situaciones. Cuando se manifiestan a veces nos estancamos o nos quedamos en un estado donde germinan pensamientos y emociones que nos enredan en una espiral de incomodidad constante.
Aunque también dichas adversidades pueden ser el puente hacia un bien mayor, un bienestar estable.
Y bueno esto lo que me trae aquí, a compartirme , a mostrarme y a enseñar :
Que tú puedes traspasar las adversidades y ser feliz.
Que tú puedes aprender y ser tu propia/o Maestro/a. ( que ya lo eres en realidad)
Que la capacidad de auto sanación, auto observación y auto conocimiento reside en cada ser humano.
Que puedes y eres capaz de transfigurar tu ser
para sentir y alcanzar un estado de plenitud y gozo.
