Good day, amazing people of the hive block. Welcome back to my blog. This is another edition of the #indiaunited community topic: things we can do to save our environment.
The importance of an environment can’t be overemphasized. Environment is very important to living things; it pains me something to see that our environment is not saved for us humans. This reminds me of something during my service year. My host community was so ignorant of their environment; they don’t care about the environment. It was during my service year that we went for awareness to let them know how important our environment is to us humans. If there is something we should take care of, it is our environment. We should always make sure that our environment is saved at every point in time.
Things to be done to save the environment
Stop dumping of refuse: most things I ask myself are some human being eating through their nose or they just don’t want to do the right thing. Most of the time we call the government while we are the ones spoiling things for us to save our environment. I think it should start with us. Currently we are in the rainy season. Anytime I go out and it starts raining, I always cry because once it starts raining, some individuals will dispose of their waste in the water, which is very bad. I forget that if our environment is clean, there is a low rate of being sick.
For us to save our environment, we should know the importance of recycling. I am this kind of person that doesn’t love dirt; it hurts me whenever I see plastic on the road. I think the government should ban plastic if the citizens will not recycle it very well.
Another way to save our environment is by reducing the use of chemicals. People who understand that whatever action they take when it has to do with our environment can either destroy or build it. The high rate of chemicals in our environment is really alarming, and it is really causing damage to the environment.
Have you ever thought of how saving our environment will be if there are trees and flowers? The environment will really be conducive for the citizens. Our environment will be saved if we embrace nature. The beauty of nature will make the environment very safe for the people living in it.
The people should be enlightened on the importance of keeping their environment safe. During my service year, the Corper members were able to educate the citizens on the importance of saving the environment.
We should try our possible best to keep our environment safe because of our own good. For us for the environment to be saved, ever since most come to the desk, the responsibility should not be only on your government; we should come together and make our environment very safe. Say no to a dirty environment.
