Hive afritunes family, I greet you all in this week #79. It is still the I amd me @jesus-son, hehe. It is a pleasure each time to make it out here eith a presentation because the family here is a lovely one with plenty fine fine gals to toast, hehe.
In this week I have been through some spiritual exercises such that I have been highly motivated. Make una no go ask me too much question o, cos even me I no know d nature of the spiritual exercise, hehe. Well of a truth I did some spiritual stuffs sha. So in the spirit of the retreat I was inspired to let myself loose for Jesus to come in and take control of me.
It was indeed a moment of rejuvenation and recovery of the lost track. I feel this is just necessary in life that at a time we need to go back to God and re-evaluate our lives and retrace our steps if we have gone astray.
In the light of this, I remembered the song by Nathaniel Bassey titled "someone's knocking at the door" it is a song that I love. I have attempted to make it as a live presentation in a show but unfortunately after series of practices with my band group, time couldn't permit us to render it then. The lyrics are soul touching and infact admonishing. It is capable of tuturning e heart of a hardened criminal back to God.
It tells us to open our hearts to God who is standing at the door of our hearts knocking. He is papatient and kind. He waits for us to open up even when we are deaf to His knocking. This is the love of God for us. Dear friends, we need to respond to God's call with love.
I did this presentation using the instrumentals which I extracted using the moises app. It didn't give me tough time doing because I have known the song well before now. I really enjoyed singing it. I hope you enjoy it too. Thanks for showing up.
