Hello Everyone,
After a little debate with the fairies, they agreed to let me eat one of the three ripening peppers.
They know I've been creeping up with my capsaicin cravings wanting to pluck one, and they know I have a patience problem when it comes to ripening.
Today I started watering the cayenne pepper plant but then got distracted and never completed watering.
They thought this was some kind of ploy to try to make the peppers ripen faster and said that now I would have to eat one because the plant needs water and isn't going to get any until tomorrow, and removing one pepper would help the plant be more patient with me now.
Talk about a guilt trip, but they said it was alright despite their little mind games, that it would help the big pepper get more nutrients and ripen faster.
So I ate the medium sized pepper and it gave me just enough to satisfy my craving.
Let's have a look at the cannabis plants first though.
The Big Mack Superstar clones are really starting to get some height now. The last I measured them they were over two feet tall, and are probably about three feet tall now.
The tent is pretty dirty from the last grow still, and tomorrow I am planning to clean it. It's always good to do a tent cleaning between grows.
These two clones are cross genetics between Big Mack Superstar and Miracle Mack.
They do not stretch as fast as the Big Mack Superstar clones, and so they might stay in vegetation a little longer so that I can even up the canopy during flowering.
I recently checked and corrected pH levels with the plants, and they are responding more vigorously every day.
Overlooking this critical aspect for as long as I did was a big mistake in my past grows, but that's ok because learning from our mistakes and correcting them is how we get better at things.
This stuff is some ultra fire. I don't know what it is, an unknown strain, and is looking like it might be one of my most fire buds I've ever grown. Ironically the most fire bud I ever grew was also some unknown strain. Fire just means really good bud for anyone not familiar with that term :)
They will not be big harvests, as I have them in small pots and don't want to transplant due to soil supply limitations.
These are the last three of those unknown batch seeds. I threw them into flowering a couple of nights ago, and they will be pretty small yields, but that's ok because I love having all different sizes and stages of plant growth going on.
Alright now it's time to eat a pepper.
I barely made it in time before lights out, as I heard the fairies beckoning to me after my shower.
"Come hither futuremind, you're in trouble mister."
I wasn't sure how serious they were about this but I didn't waste any time answering their call.
I can never really tell when they are serious or teasing me, but most of the time they just like to tease me a little and get me smiling.
Do you really think they care if futuremind is in his pajamas?
No way, they like to tease me even more when they catch me off guard!
They were giggling when I bit into it! Can you believe that? They must enjoy the pain even more than I do!
Since it wasn't fully ripe, it was easy work for me to consume. Even if it was ripe, they are still pretty easy work for me to consume.
Tomorrow will be a busy day now that the fairies have demanded it and allowed me a little treat. I better keep up my end of the deal!
That will do it for this fairytale of a post.
What do you all think?
Were they teasing me?
Tell me about it in the comments please!
Thank you for stopping by,
Have a great day! -@futuremind
