Nedávno tato Pražská nemocnice oslavila 90.leté výročí, byla tedy vystavena v období mezi světovými válkami a ze stavařského hlediska je zajímavostí, že celý areál byl vystavěn během pouhých dvou let. Od základů, po plášť a vnitřní vybavení.
All the pavilions were built in the architectural style of functionalism and after almost a hundred years, parts of the buildings are long past their useful life.
Všechny pavilony byly vystaveny v architektonickém stylu funkcionalismu a po téměř sto letech jsou dílčí částí budov dávno za hranou životnosti.
Roofs, windows, plaster, aged and missing waterproofing... the load-bearing structures also show signs of structural failure. Since everything affects the comfort of patients and staff, it has been undergoing major renovation in the last few years.
Střešní pláště, okna, omítky, dožilé a chybějící hydroizolace... také nosné konstrukce vykazují známky statických poruch. Jelikož se vše odráží do komfortu pacientů i personálu, v posledních pár letech se ve velkém rekonstruje.

Stavaři se zde budou muset poprat s velkým množstvím odpadu i suti, náletovou vegetací. Budoucí pracovníci zde budou mít mnohem náročnější práci. V následujících dvou letech zde vznikne moderní onkologické centrum.
