When travelling in life, there are many special places that we encounter. These special places become special places for us due to different reasons. Be it an emotion that we shared with the place or the people who made an impact on us or simply the transformation we ourselves experienced while visiting certain places.
There are so many different places, yet we return to some more often than to others, because sometimes a particular place attracts us in a different way and leaves a special memory or feeling that can be fully or partially relived.
We can visit more places and discover always more, but I find that the sea is quite special, and so are the mountains. To have both at the same place, that I call a perfect union.
This photo evokes that union as a strong bond, where one coexists with the other, but in continuous evolution and movement, like these clouds and waves that come across. Just like life itself.
Sometimes a sunset can surprise you, when you are least looking for it. Wandering and looking for a place to go, the sun decides to greet you and capture that specific moment to share with you. Moments in life, small, but significant ones.
Another hidden path to take and another view to discover, looking at the bay from up above the mountains. Some cruisers coming and going, docking at the port, just like us, coming and going, visitors of this Earth, sharing this nature, finding a perfect spot, to be between both the mountains and the sea. Behind each photo, there is a story, and we are part of this story.
There are moments when we wish to see the sunset, but the clouds decide to joke with us. Still, it’s a magnificent moment, nevertheless. Seeing sunrays like this, coming from beyond the sky, they evoke hope, and without hope, we are lost. I think that the sky is the greatest painter of us all, always creative and unique, making a new different painting every day. Yet every painting is so unique, so inspirational, if we only stop for a moment to acknowledge it.
Every day has an end, and then another comes. Sunsets and more sunsets. Day by day, we move onto the next one. Photos and more photos, capturing moments of our life.
