Hello Photography Lovers!
I decided to do a little throwback for this post.
A year ago, I was posted to a remote village in the heart of the mangrove rainforest, deep in the Southern part of Nigeria. It was a mixed bag, as I had many good experiences, and quite a few not so good ones 😅.
One of my greatest moments was discovering the beauty of natural light portrait photography.
I met lots of people during my year-long stay in the village, and one of them was young Matthew.
He was by far one of my best amateur models. He was never shy for the camera, his youthful exuberance always on full display.
In fact, what I enjoyed capturing most, was that mischievous twinkle in his beautiful brown eyes!
And like @stevenson7 also got to find out, nothing beats a gift in kind, to keep a young man's attention long enough to get good photos. Suffice to say my phone had to have a lot of games on it 😂.

None of my posts is complete without the usual goofy background photos 😄
