I just shot a home a couple days ago in San Antonio that was right next to the community park in Windcrest (it's a small township inside the city limits of San Antonio with its own police department, fire department, etc.) and the owner extended the house and built out a deck to the property line/fence for the ultimate patio situation.
We waited until the sunset to shoot the patio and capture some good sun coming through the cypress trees that acted as a scattered barrier between the pond and the home. The owner left some champagne for us (me, the agent and his wife) to put in the video and of course we drank some waiting for the sun to slowly creep towards the horizon.
I just finished the video now and I already edited the photos for pre-marketing. Excited to send the agent the video so he can officially list it on the San Antonio MLS. If I were to move to San Antonio (I live 20 minutes away in New Braunfels), I'd definitely consider this 3000 sqft house - it's going to be listed for what modest homes are going for in New Braunfels.
