Mi exploración en el mundo de la fotografía todavía está en una etapa temprana. Hay muchísimas cosas que me gustaría hacer y poco a poco he ido creando y experimentando. Siempre me ha parecido especialmente interesante la fotografía macro, y aunque no cuento con una cámara especializada, hace tiempo descubrí que un poco de zoom puede ayudar a la cámara principal del Pixel 6 a la hora de hacer tomas de objetos muy pequeños.
Una de las características más notorias cuando se trata de fotografías macro es que poseen un fuerte desenfoque. Este efecto no suele conseguirse con las cámaras de los smartphones, pero a la hora de hacer fotografías a una distancia muy corta del objetivo, el efecto se consigue, aunque no tan fuerte. Sin embargo, las características del sensor GN1 que monta este teléfono permiten generar un agradable desenfoque natural Incluso en retratos a una distancia de 1 metro. Aunque no es demasiado, funciona bien. Y al reducir la distancia a unos pocos centímetros el resultado empieza a parecer mucho más cercano al de una cámara profesional, y me gusta como resulta.
En esta ocasión aproveché que las abejas están visitando mi jardín, y decidí fotografiarlas a la hora del desayuno para aprovechar al máximo este recurso. Debo decir que son bastante difíciles de fotografíar. Suelen tomarse muy poco tiempo entre cada flor que visitan y se mueven muy rápido. Pero luego de varios intentos, entendí cómo obtener buenas tomas y este es el resultado.

My exploration into the world of photography is still at an early stage. There are so many things I would like to do that I have been slowly creating and experimenting with. I've always found macro photography particularly interesting, and although I don't have a dedicated camera, I discovered a while ago that a bit of zoom can help the Pixel 6's main camera when shooting very small objects.
One of the most noticeable characteristics when it comes to macro photography is that they have a strong blur. This effect is not usually achieved with smartphone cameras, but when shooting at a very close distance from the lens, the effect is achieved, although not as strong. However, the characteristics of the GN1 sensor in this phone make it possible to generate a nice natural blur even in portraits at a distance of 1 metre. Although it's not strong, it works well. And by reducing the distance to a few centimetres the result starts to look much closer to that of a professional camera, and I like the way it turns out.
On this occasion I took advantage of the bees visiting my garden, and decided to photograph them at breakfast time to make the most of this resource. I must say that they are quite difficult to photograph. They tend to take very little time between each flower they visit and they move very fast. But after several attempts I understood how to get good shots and this is the result.

Utilicé tres presets diferentes creados especialmente para estas escenas, y las tomas finales solo fueron recortadas. Son la "versión Pixel" de las tomas. Tienen un fuerte post-procesado que ejecuta el software de la cámara e intenta ser muy realista, pero está algo pasado de definición. Igualmente luce muy bien. ¿Te han gustado? I used three different presets created especially for these scenes, and the final shots were just cropped. They are the "Pixel version" of the shots. They have a heavy post-processing run by the camera's software and try to be very realistic, but are a bit overdone in definition. They still look great though, did you like them?
