Die meisten Bilder, von dieser Brücke, sind in Schwarz-Weiß. Also bringen wir hier mal etwas Farbe ins Spiel.
During my last trip, I stopped along the way for some selected spots. Some of the spots were on my map for ages. This one was not say, on top of my list but another spot was inaccessible so I diverted and was rewarded with some cool results. I wasn't sure what I could pull off on my own. But here we are with some simplistic Light Paintings.
Während meiner letzten Reise habe ich unterwegs an einigen ausgewählten Orten Halt gemacht. Einige dieser Orte standen schon seit Ewigkeiten auf meiner Liste. Dieser hier war zwar nicht unbedingt ganz oben auf meiner Liste, aber ein anderer Ort war unzugänglich, also bin ich hierher ausgewichen und wurde mit tollen Ergebnissen belohnt. Ich war mir nicht sicher, was ich allein erreichen könnte. Aber hier sind wir nun mit einigen simplen Light Paintings.
Brug van Vroenhoven & Bridge
The Brug van Vroenhoven is a historical and modern structure located near Maastricht, straddling the Belgian-Dutch border. But there is more to it as it serves not only as a functional bridge but also as a historical site.
During World War II, this bridge apparently was a key strategic point. In May 1940, it was the site of a fierce battle between Belgian forces and the advancing German army. The remnants of this wartime conflict are preserved at the bridge's memorial center. Which was closed when I showed up. There were only some kids hanging out with their bikes.
Integrated into the bridge is a museum and experience center that educates visitors about the bridge's wartime history and the importance of peace and water management in the region.
The current bridge design was completed in 2011. Photographers love the sleek and contemporary design.
Die Brug van Vroenhoven und die Brücke sind Nähe von Maastricht, an der belgisch-niederländischen Grenze. Mehr als nur eine funktionale Brücke, hat dieser Ort auch eine historische Bedeutung.
Während des Zweiten Weltkriegs, fand hier im Mai 1940 eine heftige Schlacht zwischen den belgischen Truppen und der vorrückenden deutschen Armee statt. Die Überreste dieses Konflikts sind im Gedenkzentrum der Brücke erhalten.
In / unter der Brücke ist ein Museum und Erlebniszentrum, das Besucher über die Kriegsgeschichte der Brücke sowie die Bedeutung von Frieden und Wassermanagement in der Region informiert. Als ich da war war schon alles zu und ein paar Kids hingen da mit Ihren Bikes rum.
So wie man heute die Brücke sieht wurde diese 2011 fertiggestellt. Fotografen lieben die einfach aber eleganten Linien.
Many times you'll see these Shots but all in Black and White. There not too many different vantage points you can choose from. So finding something different here, may come down to color.
Oft sieht man diese Aufnahmen nur in Schwarz-Weiß. Es gibt nicht sooo viele verschiedene Blickwinkel, aus denen man wählen kann. Daher setzte ich auf Farbe um mal irgendwas anders zu machen.
I knew I wanted to do one Camera Rotation at least. So that worked even with some remaining blue hour.
Ich wusste, dass ich mindestens eine Kamerarotation machen wollte. Das hat sogar mit bisschen blauen Stunde funktioniert.
If you consider that spot for Light Painting remember there is significant ambient light remaining. Some may work with an Olympus OMD that could make things easy if you cant find the balance between your Flashlights and the spot's existing lights and your camera settings.
Wenn du hier Light Painting in Betracht ziehst, bedenke, dass es hier einige Lampan an sind. Achtung Lichtverschmutzung. Wer nicht anders kann, nimm ne Olympus OMD, wenn du das Gleichgewicht zwischen deinen Taschenlampen, den vorhandenen Lichtern am Ort und deinen Kameraeinstellungen nicht findest.
The 3h hours I spent here went really fast. I had a blast and I am really happy about my results.
Ich hatte durchaus 3h stunden Spass hier und ich finde die Ergebnisse echt cool.
But I wanted to do some more. Real Light Painting. But since I was alone all you see is a one-shot and no lens capping. But all are still Single exposures with no Photoshop effects.
Da geht noch mehr. Echtes Light Painting will ich ja. Da ich jedoch alleine war, gibt's heute eher einfache Bilder ohne Lens Capping. Aber wie immer alles Einzel-belichtungen ohne Photoshop-Effekte.
I could stay here endlessly I guess. Thats an easy shape to perform. Anyhow If you look closely you'll see me as well as a ghost. This way you also get a feel for the size of the architecture.
Ich könnte hier endlos bleiben, glaube ich. Das ist eine einfache Form, die ich alleine umsetzen kann. Wenn Ihr genau hinseht, seht Ihr Teile von mir. So gibts noch ein Gefühl für die Größe und Proportionen der Architektur.
PacMan
Some said this looks like Pacman. I kind of liked it and now I am thinking I should have seen it for that shot already and added an eye to complete the suggestive idea of PacMan eating the heartbeat pulsing line. What do you think?
Einige haben gesagt, das sieht aus wie Pacman. Das hat mir irgendwie gefallen, und jetzt denke ich, ich hätte es schon für dieses Bild so sehen sollen und ein Auge hinzufügen können, um die Idee von Pacman, der die pulsierende Herzlinie frisst, abzurunden.
