Got some shoulder pain today in my right shoulder. Had the same issue about two weeks ago after a chest workout, and I think I know why—might’ve pushed myself too hard on the fly machine lately.
I love how it hits my chest, but it’s definitely rough on my shoulder. Still, as the saying goes, "no pain, no gain." I'm not one to shy away from a bit of discomfort if it means progress.
I already did my daily walk, and I'll be hitting the gym in a couple of hours. Back day today. Funny thing is, even though I don’t love back workouts, I almost always go all out on them.
Anyway, let’s talk crypto for a sec. We're at that point in the cycle where it’s impossible not to bring it up. Twelve months from now, when we look back on where the crypto market is now, I bet a lot of us will be wishing we bought more. But before that, we’re about to hit the “I sold too soon” phase. It’s always the same.
Just when you think there’s no way that much capital could pour into the market, pumping every random coin to insane levels—boom, it happens.
BTC is about $2,000 away from its all-time high, and there’s still tons of doubt in the market. Just imagine what things will look like when the mania hits...
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
