Three Tunes Delight.

Hello, it's three tunes day. C'mon, let's have a blast with this.

For the record, #ttt (Three Tunes Tuesday) is an ongoing initiative which is organised by @ablaze for all music lovers. Catch the full gist about that HERE.

My day started well. The first 30 minutes were awesome. The 30 minutes after that was dramatic and somewhat exhausting. Off the back of that complex first hour of the day, what happened next left me devasted. My phone fell into a full bucket of water.

Hmmm... I had to think fast and I'm glad I reacted immediately. The phone was able to get fixed before noon and I'm back online to do my bare minimum before going offline for good.

Since today is Tuesday and I'm already an active participant in the Three Tunes Tuesday initiative, I will be sharing some songs with y'all. Check them out and enjoy.

1. DOIN' TIME by Lana Del Rey

I got introduced to Lana Del Rey after listening to one of her songs in my brother's playlist. Since then, I've been keeping a tab on the lady. You know, she's good in what she does and it's hard not to love the songs she makes. The chorus though. That's the best part of the song for me.

The opening sequence of the music video and the stuff they did with the special effects is amazing. You can see the calmness on the face of that Giant as she strolls through the street like a Queen.

2. REHAB by Amy Winehouse.

This is an interesting hit and it makes so much sense if you have been around someone that's suffering from some sort of addiction. This song is about those people and I like where she said "I don't ever want to drink again. I just need a friend". That part melts the soul.

The song is a reflection of the struggles she lived through. She dealt with alcoholism, depression and strong addictions. She's gone, but this song of hers will always hold strong memories.

3. CALL ME MAYBE by Carly Rae Jepsen.

I just realized that this song was released in 2012. Haha. This is truly crazy! Time flies and I can still recall this was the song you will hear on radio shows. Haha.

The video is a simple one. There is no crazy camera cut or some superb special effects. There isn't any need for that either. The song is simple and very easy to sing along to. It's also a very quality song.

That should be all for this edition of Three Tunes Tuesday. Let's see again next week.

Thanks For Not Missing Any Full-stop Or Comma.
