Am grateful for being alive, jeeping hopes high and working hard to meet up with the daily life demands.
It was sunny all day, but judging by how the weather is right now, there might be a downpour this night or very early in the morning.
Today I assisted one of my staff in preparing soybean flour for our bread production. The process is hectic but we're obliged to do it because that is the incredient that makes my bread stand out from the rest.
To maintain freshness, I only produce half bag (50kgs) of soy flour every 2 weeks which is the exact quantity needed for two bread production.
The bakery's weekly production is between twelve and thirteen bags of 50KGs wheat flour and we use 3% = 1.5KG of soybean flour for each bag.
