It’s Friday, which means it’s Leg Day!
Today, I worked on glutes, quads, and hamstrings. Coach A let me use the elliptical for 15 minutes and showed me a new form on the Hip Abduction machine, which is now my favorite. It was so tough to push as wide as possible that I couldn’t help but laugh, though I had to hold it in to keep my energy up.
I also virtually traveled to Auckland, NZ, while on the treadmill 😆. Next time, I’ll check out whatever’s available to watch. Any suggestions?
It’s past 5 pm when I finished my session with Coach A. It was a fun session, and I left feeling energized.
