Hello buddies!
I did 11k steps today.
I had a very active day. I remembered as usual, every day from home to school and from school to home. I go to school in the morning so I can rest a little during the day. In the evening I have training sometimes gym and sometimes judo. I had Judo tonight and it was a very hard workout. The training usually lasts two hours.
I train as much as I can, I don't know how much longer I will be training this actively for coronavirus. The situation is not so serious in my country, Serbia, but it is getting worse. Our coach is doing his best to keep everything decent. So tonight he disinfected our hands before and after training.
