Shoulders and Back Workout and My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2023

So I made this Sunday active when compared to my previous Sunday. The actual reason behind this is that I had too many meetings on Friday and went watch Oppenheimer on Saturday. And hence could not do my back work out. Hence, I used my Sunday which I usually use for rest to finish my weekly goals. In today's report I have described the shoulder and back work out that I did on Thursday and Sunday, respectively.

Shoulders (Thursday)

Jumping jacks - 20 reps x 3 sets

Seated dumbbell press 10 Kg x 10 reps x 3 sets

Biceps dumbbell curls 10 Kg x 5 reps per arm x 3 sets

30 kgs x 10 reps, 35 kgs x 8 reps, 35 kgs x 8 reps

Bench press for chest on machine
10 kgs x 10 reps x 3 sets.

Bench press machine

45 degree lower back hypertension
10 reps x 3 sets

Lat pull down
20 Kg 20 reps, 25 Kgs 11 reps, 30 kgs 8 reps

Bilateral seated rows
12x20 Kgs, 16x20kgs, 14x20kgs
