This is only daily activity. But, I know that I have reached this far today because of getting better in general. I also have watched a nice video explaining a verse in Quran that says:
وَقَالُوا لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ
