Hello,
Got the bicycle tyre fixed today and went on a beautiful 20km ride. Cycling is lighter on the knees so a good change for running.
In addition worked a bit in the garden and cleaned the house, I guess I can count that in as exercise as well :)
Push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, squats and lower back strengthening exercises are an everyday feature now.
Tomorrow football training so giving the legs a bit of a rest in order to not pain as much as after the first training.
Weather gets better by the day, soon I will be brave enough for the first swim in the sea.
Or let us start with a lake. Or a pond.. :P
