Recovery is Awesome - My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2024

I debated on how to approach the day as I still had some work to do ahead of anothet busy week. However, my motivation was high as my weekly weigh in went very well (almost too well). Instead of staying close, I headed to the gym for a long walk on the treadmill so that I could then get a good recovery at the gym. Got in some core training as well before I headed to the massage chair and then Steam and Sauna rooms.

After taking care of myself early, I headed back home to attend to everything else pending. The good start helped activate more of my mind in the afternoon so was a good approach as I felt more efficient. Toughest week ahead but confident on getting through it successfully across all areas. I am enjoying the new found motivation and momentum!
