Bench set-up

I got my bench set-up. It wasn't to much work as was thankfully already assembled in the box.

Just easing into it with 5kg weight to get my muscles re-conditioned after a long time. Also being careful not to aggravate a rotacuff injury in my shoulder. I will need to do some research about some different exercises that I can do if I set my bench on an incline. Let me know if you know any good ones?

Went for a nice walk around the block.
