My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2022

Most people fail in their efforts to cut down on weight or make it a regular part of their lives the reason is the lack of habit. They say it takes twenty eight days to form a habit and most people give up before that. Think about it, just four weeks of doing something everyday can get you a good habit for life. I think everyone can achieve what they want if they approach their goals one step at a time and the secret to it is to form a habit.
