Sunday and some sun after a week of rain and autumn weather. I started by walking down to the beach for my weekly (all year round) swim. It is still very comfortable 17 degC in the sea.
Later in the day I walked 4 km in the woods with my dog. It was so quiet, we didn’t meet anyone and I felt really relaxed.
My watch says 11K steps but I did some house cleaning without my phone so I guess the app didn’t catch that.
