I finally manage to post another Actifit report.
Although it has been 7 days since my last report I have definitely made progress by posting two reports within 7 days instead of waiting a year to post a report.
I would like to be more consistent in my reports but most of all I would like to do a lot more exercise but my work schedule does not allow me except on Sundays when I have more time and can take long walks in the park near my home.
Today I am sharing a picture I took just in the park near my home and I am happy that I exceeded 5000 steps.

Finalmente riesco a postare un'altro report di Actifit.
Anche se sono passati 7 giorni dal mio ultimo report ho fatto sicuramente dei progressi pubblicando due report nel giro di 7 giorni invece di aspettare un anno per postare un report.
Mi piacerebbe essere più consistente nei miei report ma soprattutto mi piacerebbe fare molto più movimento ma i miei impegni di lavoro non me lo permettono tranne la domenica quando ho più tempo e posso fare lunghe passeggiate nel parco vicino casa mia.
oggi condivido una foto che ho scattato proprio nel parco vicino casa mia e sono felice di aver superato i 5000 passi.
